Couple suitable for relaxing getaway
Colin and Rhona, even gave us a wee dram of whisky on arrival. The breakfasts were nothing short of excellent, my partner loved the pancakes while I indulged in the full fry up, a great way to start the day.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but for what you get, it was acceptable.

Little and nice place to stay in a nice building with views of the harbor. A great selection of products for a super and gorgeous breakfast. Location - excellant, short walk to the Park and public transport, the Stena ferry terminal and Stranraer for a couple of days. Also, so close to the sea.

The hosts, Colin and Rhona, offered an warm welcome upon arrival. Our Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. A lovely touch was the wee dram of whisky waiting for us in the room. The view of the harbor was a delight. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The homemade jams and fresh fruit were wonderful additions to the tasty full breakfast menu. I did notice that during peak breakfast times, there was a bit of a wait for tables, which could be addressed. My experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would happily return to this cozy guest house.

Got a super warm welcome on arrival! Really chill vibe here, rooms are super clean. Breakfast was a treat, especially the packed lunch for my day out. Only a bit noisy at times from the road outside, but manageable. Definitely worth it for the amazing harbor view and comfy bed.

Big shoutout to the lovely hosts who treated us like royalty! Our room was unexpectedly spacious and oh-so-comfy. Perfect accommodations for our delayed ferry saga.
But honestly, who needs a towel rack in the bathroom when you can hang your damp towel on the door? It's practically a trendy, rustic vibe!
